The prices on our website are included 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs. These will be added to the total amount. After finding your desired items, there are only five steps to follow:

1. Shopping cart
Select the size of your items (if applicable) and use the “ADD TO CART” button.
View your cart by selecting the cart icon at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart or change the quantity and size.
If everything is in order, click “CHECKOUT” to continue with your order.

2. Personal information and QueenyDollsEmpire account
Enter your personal information and address. If you have a QueenyDollsEmpire account, just log in and everything is filled out with your info. If you don’t have a QueenyDollsEmpire account you can create one, or checkout as a guest.

3. Delivery
Enter the details of the delivery address. The delivery address may be different from your home address.

4. Verify
This is the last step before you finalize your order. Check the order details and if everything looks good, click continue.

5. Payment
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the overview of your order. You will receive another email as soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse.

QueenyDollsEmpire has done its utmost to display the colors of the products on www.QueenyDollsEmpire.com as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your monitor will be completely accurate. All items are checked for any defects before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Shipments within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL and all international shipments are handled by PostNL. You will be notified by email after checkout of the expected delivery date. Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take longer than usual and shipments are only processed on European business days. QueenyDollsEmpire is not responsible for delays or errors caused by PostNL.

In addition, we will send you an email at the time your shipment is transferred to the carrier. They will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey

Customs Information
For shipments outside of Europe, a package may be held at customs for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection can take up to 30 days before the package is forwarded to the delivery address. Please let us know if you have not received your package after the clearance time. After these 30 days, we will investigate your shipment.

Delivery times
Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take longer than usual. Delivery times as shown below will begin on the day your package is shipped from the QueenyDollsEmpire warehouse. The expected delivery date is mentioned in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Europe 2 -3 business days

Worldwide 5 -7 days

Shipping costs will be charged depending on your delivery address and shipping method. After you fill in all the fields on the left side of the page, you can view the shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes
QueenyDollsEmpire ships from the Netherlands. QueenyDollsEmpire is not liable for any duties or taxes. Please make sure you are properly informed before placing an order. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Only after you have received your order can you return the item(s).

If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery or (if possible) write a bill when signing for the box that you have accepted a damaged delivery.

Please note that QueenyDollsEmpir ships from the Netherlands. Import duties and taxes may apply. These are regulated by the customs of your country, we have no influence on this.
